Yes. All our tours are extremely safe, and every guest is covered by mandatory travel and accident insurance for the duration of the tour.
Do you have a TÜRSAB licence and certified instructors?
Absolutely. We are a TÜRSAB-licensed Group A travel agency; all captains, drivers and rafting instructors are professional and licensed. No uncertified staff are employed.
Is it suitable for children?
Boat tours, Green Canyon and Jeep Safari suit children of all ages. For rafting and quad, safe participation is arranged with life vests according to the child's physical condition (usually age 4-5 and up).
Are lunch and hotel transfer included?
Yes, on almost all tours round-trip hotel transfer and lunch are included. Drinks can be purchased extra.
What should I bring?
A towel, spare t-shirt, sunscreen and sunglasses; plus some cash for drinks and personal expenses.
Is there a swimming break?
Yes, on many of them! Boat tours, Green Canyon, rafting and even quad breaks include refreshing swimming stops.
Where can I keep my belongings — is it safe?
