What's the difference between a buggy and a quad?

The biggest difference is the seating: on a quad you sit one behind the other like a motorcycle, while in a buggy you sit side by side like a car. Sitting side by side is a special joy, especially for couples.

Which is more exciting?

Entirely down to your taste! The buggy's steering wheel gives a car-driving feel and the chance to chat with your companion; the quad lets you feel the wind more clearly. Both deliver top off-road thrills.

Is a licence or experience required?

No. Automatic buggies are very easy to operate; everyone gets a test drive before the tour.

Is it suitable for families?

Absolutely. Thanks to side-by-side seating, parents can share the adventure with their children (as passengers) more comfortably and safely.

Are the buggy engines powerful enough?

Yes, we use safety-tested, powerful engines strong enough to kick up the track's dust and cruise through muddy water.

Age, Health and Clothing

What's the age limit for the driver?

Same as the quad: 16 to drive; younger ones can join as passengers. A helmet is mandatory throughout the ride.

Who cannot join, and how to dress?

Not suitable for pregnant guests or those with serious back/neck problems. Comfortable old clothes, closed sport shoes, and a scarf/bandana and sunglasses for the dust are recommended.
