No. The balloon flight is an optional extra that depends on the weather and daily aviation approval. Seats are reserved exclusively through your tour guide during the tour – outside bookings can't be combined with the programme.
The route crosses the Taurus Mountains into Central Anatolia, so expect a substantial part of the day on the road each way, broken by rest stops. Door-to-door time depends on where along the coast your hotel is – which is exactly why the tour is built as an overnight trip rather than a day trip.
You stay in a Cappadocia hotel on a half-board basis: dinner and breakfast are included. Lunches, drinks and the optional breakfast stop on the outbound drive are at your own expense.
