We provide information about, and arrange bookings for, tours, excursions, activities, private tours, airport and hotel transfers and other travel services in Antalya and the surrounding destinations in Türkiye.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the information published on it and the booking services available through it. By using the website, sending a booking request or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable terms. Please read them carefully before you book.

• “We”, “us” or “our”: Murat Atalay Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Murat Atalay Seyahat Acentası.
• “You” or “customer”: anyone who uses our website or books a service.
• “Website”: side-turkey.com and its booking features.
• “Services”: tours, excursions, activities, private tours, transfers and other travel services offered or arranged through us.
• “Supplier” or “service provider”: the operator or third party providing a particular service, where applicable.
• “Booking”: a confirmed reservation for a service.

By making a booking, you confirm that you are legally entitled to enter into the agreement.

If you book for other travellers, you are responsible for giving accurate booking information and for passing on the relevant information about the service to them.

You must give accurate details, including your name, contact information, hotel or pickup location, number of participants and any other information needed to arrange the booking. Please check your booking confirmation and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.

You can send booking requests through our website or our other communication and booking channels. A booking is confirmed when its confirmation requirements are met and we have confirmed it through the booking channel.

Some services may require a deposit or full payment in advance; the payment requirements are shown during the booking process. Availability is subject to confirmation: sending a request does not by itself guarantee a reservation.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully, including the service, date, number of participants, price, pickup information and any special conditions.

Prices, inclusions and conditions differ between tours, activities, private arrangements and transfers. The tour or service description and your booking confirmation state the price and what it includes.

Unless stated otherwise, additional expenses may include drinks, meals not included in the package, optional activities, photographs, videos, souvenirs, entrance fees and personal purchases. We aim to show clear and accurate prices before you confirm a booking, and to disclose any additional payments as clearly as reasonably possible during the booking process.

Payment methods and deadlines may vary by service. Where a deposit is required, the remaining balance and when it is due are given before the booking is finalised. You are responsible for paying the amounts agreed for your confirmed reservations.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy. How long refunded money takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation conditions vary between services. Some tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start, others need 48 hours’ notice or another period. The deadline and the refund conditions of the service you choose are shown in its description, its booking conditions or your confirmation.

Where a full refund applies and you cancel within the required period, we process the refund under that policy. Late cancellations, no-shows and cancellations after the deadline may not qualify for a refund, subject to the booking conditions and applicable law. Please check the cancellation terms of your service before you book.

Tours and activities may be cancelled or changed because of bad weather, safety concerns, operational problems, natural disasters, floods, fires or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Safety comes first: a tour does not go ahead where conditions make it unsafe or impossible to run.

If we or the operator cancel a tour for such reasons, you can choose another date, subject to availability, or a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy and the law. We tell you about such changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Private tours and transfers are arranged to your requirements, subject to availability and operational limits. Their price depends on the destination, duration, number of passengers, vehicle, guide and other arrangements requested.

Pickup times, return times, itineraries and other arrangements are agreed before the booking is confirmed. Please check the conditions of your private tour or transfer, including its cancellation rules.

For most excursions, pickup is at the hotel’s main entrance or external security gate, not in the lobby or at reception. Some hotels, historic areas, pedestrian zones and places with restricted vehicle access need a nearby meeting point instead. The meeting point and pickup time are given with your booking.

You are responsible for being at the confirmed meeting point on time. If you cannot find it, contact us using the details given with your reservation.

Tour durations and pickup times vary with the excursion, the hotel’s location, the route, weather, traffic and operational arrangements. Times and durations on the website are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed; your booking confirmation gives your pickup time and meeting point.

Reasonable operational adjustments may occasionally be needed. If a material change occurs, we tell you as soon as reasonably possible.

Accessibility varies between tours and activities. Some excursions involve stairs, ladders, uneven ground, boarding boats, climbing into vehicles or walking distances that may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so that we can check the arrangements with the service provider. We share the information available and explain known limitations, but accessibility should not be assumed unless the facilities and arrangements have been checked. Please tell us in advance about any special requirements that may affect your participation.

You must follow the safety instructions of guides, drivers, activity instructors and service providers, and comply with applicable law, safety rules and reasonable instructions during the service.

A service provider may restrict participation where a person does not meet essential safety requirements or where participation would create a significant safety risk. Any such decision and its consequences are handled in accordance with the booking conditions and the law.

Some tours, activities, transport and other experiences are operated by independent providers. Where relevant, we tell you who provides the service or how it is arranged.

Each party’s responsibilities depend on the service arrangement, the applicable contract and the law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Prices, availability, schedules, itineraries and service details may change because of operational circumstances or changes from the service provider.

If a material error or change affects your booking, we take reasonable steps to tell you and to resolve it in accordance with the booking terms and the law.

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design, photographs, graphics and other content are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where the law allows it.

Personal information you give during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Please read the Privacy Policy to see how personal information is collected, used, stored and, where necessary to arrange a booking, shared.

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, booking procedures or legal requirements. The latest version is published on this website with its revision date. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law applicable to the service and the transaction. Disputes are handled by the competent authorities or courts determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you.
