Cancellation Policy

Each tour's deadline counts back from its scheduled start time, in Türkiye time, hour for hour. With 48 hours' notice, for example, a tour starting on Friday at 09:00 can be cancelled free of charge until Wednesday at 09:00. The deadline is not counted in calendar days and does not reset at midnight. A cancellation after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund, unless the tour's own conditions say otherwise or we cancel the tour ourselves.

Tours in Antalya and the surrounding resorts are planned in advance. Depending on the excursion, we reserve vehicles, arrange drivers and professional guides, confirm boats, equipment or places, plan hotel pickup routes and book with local operators. After that, a late cancellation can leave a place we cannot fill and costs we cannot recover, which is why each tour has a notice period.

Your safety comes first. We may cancel or reschedule a tour when bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control, such as floods, fires, natural disasters, safety concerns or other unexpected events, make it unsafe or impossible to run. If we cancel your tour, you choose: another date, subject to availability, or a full refund of what you paid for the cancelled tour. You never have to accept a new date: if you prefer a refund, or no suitable date is available, we refund you in full.

Refunds follow the cancellation policy of your booking. If you cancel within its refund conditions, we issue your refund through the bank or payment provider you paid with, and the money generally reaches you within 7 days. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
