Your day on the water begins with a relaxed morning pickup from your Alanya hotel, where the air still carries the cool of the Taurus mountains. A short coastal transfer brings you down to the bustling harbour beneath the floodlit Seljuk castle, where a fully rigged pirate galleon waits at the quay with sails furled and music already drifting across the marina. Once everyone is aboard and welcomed by the costumed crew, the gangway is raised and the boat eases out into the open Mediterranean.
As the city skyline shrinks behind you, the captain hugs the dramatic Alanya coastline, gliding past the honey-coloured ramparts of the castle peninsula and the famous Red Tower guarding the old shipyard. The crew points out Cleopatra Beach with its fine pale sand, the shadowy mouth of Pirates Cave, the Lovers' Grotto and the eerie green glow of Phosphorus Cave, all framed by water that shifts from emerald to deep sapphire.
